A philippine customer's batching plant is in the process of being installed. Our Philippine customer ordered this HZS35 series batching plant two months ago, and the customer intends to upgrade his factory. Due to the repeated domestic epidemics, the customer has just received the product recently. The installation process of the batching plant officially started last week. The installation of this equipment was carried out under the online guidance of our company's engineering personnel and the joint participation of the customer's personnel. Our company's batching plant can be used for site construction, bridges, water conservancy facilities, concrete pre-purchased parts production, etc.
 

The quality advantages , The material we use are all state standard. We have experienced welding workers to gurantee the welding standard and machine structure . After the welding the parts will be grinded first, and then sent to sand blasting machine (here the small factory have no),the rust and welding slag will be removed to ensure the better paiting look also the paint lifetime will be much longer.  We have the equipment to calibrate the centricity of the mixer shaft, and we have our own patent number on mixer sealing system. The plate on batcher is real 4mm, mixer blade use manganese cast steel (content 7-10%) life time can reach 80000-100000 batch, even the details as discharging mouth design have difference, it bolted with 10mm same cast teel on place where the concrete contact.
